What benefits do I receive by registering an account at RSGmann.com?
When you register with us, you are given the ability to download full-resolution (720x480 AVI MPEG4) versions of our newest videos. Also, you have the ability to add comments to posts (and in the future, to video content) More features will be added in the future!
How do I register for an account on the RSGmann website?
Click the "Register" link on the side menu anywhere on the website and provide the requested information. A confirmation email will be sent to you with further instructions.
My downloaded video won't play, gives an error, or I only get audio and no video. What might be wrong?
You may need to install the Xvid codec in order to properly play back the MPEG4 content of our videos. The codec is available here.
What video player should I use to play back the videos I download from RSGmann.com?
We highly recommend the VLC player (available at VLC Media Player>) VLC works in most operating systems including Windows, Mac OS X and many versions of Linux. You can also use Windows Media Player / Windows Media Player classic.
Why am I not able to view all the RSGmann videos online?
All of our newest videos are viewable online without registering. Many of the videos from the older RSGmann.com website are considerably older and encoded in smaller resolutions and do not play back well in our online viewer. They are still available for registered users to download, however. Also, as new videos are added to the system, it takes time for the server to process them and prepare them for online viewing. If you don't see the online viewer with a video download, check back in a few minutes, the server may still be working on it.
